USER AGREEMENT

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") contains the terms of use of the service and “Russian World” (hereinafter referred to as the Service). Before using the Service, the User must read the Terms of use of this Service. The beginning of registration means that the user fully agrees and accepts all the terms of the Agreement.

  1. Parties To The Agreement

  2. 1.1. Participants of the Agreement (users of server services and partners, hereinafter Users) may be individuals - citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons over the age of 18 years.

    1.2. The user confirms that he has reached the age of 18 at the time of consumption of the services, and is fully responsible for all results of use of the service.

  3. Provision and payment of services

  4. 2.1. All services on the server are provided free.

  5. Guarantees and liability

3.1. The user agrees that the provision of the Service may be delayed due to technical failures, overloads and failures in the Internet, public networks and mobile networks.

3.2. The guaranteed period of access to the content of the layout is 3 (three) months.

3.3. The user agrees that the Service is not responsible for the accuracy of the information obtained by the User as a result of using the service.

3.4. The user agrees that the Service shall not be liable for damage, loss, damage, directly or indirectly related to the use of the Service.

3.5. The service is not responsible for the failure to provide content in the following cases: force majeure, related technical problems on the side of the mobile operator, turned off the user's phone.

3.6. The service does not place on its website materials that can be attributed to eroticism or pornography.

3.7. The service has a zero tolerance policy for paedophilia, child pornography, exploitation and any other violation of children's rights. In case of the slightest suspicion to discuss these topics through the Site, the account of the offender will be immediately blocked, and the Administration will transfer all available information about the incident to law enforcement agencies.

3.8. The service does not place on its website materials that can be attributed to eroticism or pornography.
